    Default Corland Line

I fished a Cortland Clear Camo intermediate line for the first time this week. Its a great casting line and has little memory. This is a great cold weather intermediate line.

Welcome to the club. It is a great line. I fish it all the time on still water.

I agree, it's a great line for stillwater! I have done really well with it on the Fall river swinging nymphs and leeches as well.

I have one of the older 444's and it is my go to line on any lake. Can not count the number of fish caught on my Clear camo "I" line.
So long and thanks for all the fish!!!

This is the most popular clear slow sinking lake line in these parts.

Always someone to crash the party.... I cant stand my cortland camo. It tangles just as bad as the worst mono core lines, the coating began getting rough and even flaking after the second or 3rd day, and it casts decent, not great. I much prefer the Rio aqualux. It is MUCH less tangly, casts beautifully and flat catches fish. Its not 100% clear, but the finiky trout of klamath lake in gin clear spring water dont mind.

I have fished with the Rio Aqualux and found it very easy to cast and pretty soft for a mono core line. I fish alot of clear floating lines and found the Rio Agualux to be the softest clear line I have fished so far. Just havent fished the Cortland and have found many friends that I respect as good fisher say it the best.
