I got lucky last year at Paradise Beach and caught a small striper while wading with my 7/8 switch rod. I'd love to learn what kind of water is both wadeable and acceptable to stripers. Please put me on the list.

I to just started to catch stripers last year while wading. I enjoyed it and want to learn about other areas to try and techniques. So, if theres room, please count me in.

Yesterday local guides Charlie Gozales and Andy Guibord were talking about a clinic for wading with two-handed rod for Stripers so maybe they will get something planned soon.

Sounds very cool! Post up some information when it comes available.
Often wrong, seldom in doubt!
I've never fished for stripers before. However, when I was out looking for shad on the American a few days ago (with my 2 hander), I saw some guys catching stripers from a boat. I was never really interested in striper fishing until I saw the fight these fish had in them.
Needless to say, I'm interested in learning about them now. I talked to a guy that was fishing for them with his 2 hander at Watt. But he was in some really shallow water. I didn't realize they were in that depth. I always assumed deep water.
I'd like to learn more.
