Had the pleasure of fishing with Dave Sellars again, this time on the American. Had a great day with about a dozen fish to the boat.

Last time I fished with Dave I mentioned his art work. In his post on Blantons board he included a painting of the American wich is just beautiful and thats why Im including a link.

I know that big, white swan also. It indeed hangs out near the cut into the Rio Americana back channel ... BUT there's no tree on the east peninsula.

Looks like "Harris Hole" or the outflow of the Arden Braids.

Wherever it is, it's awesome work for a 'little painting' as he called it...

the out flow for the braids was my first impression and looking again I should've stuck with it.

haha, true that. I wish I had a smidgeon of Dave's talent.... would be fun to be able to draw up some memories like that..
