Delta Striper Guides?

Can someone recommend a good and fair priced guide for a Delta striper trip? I can fish, have gear, but don't have the knowledge or the boat to go after stripers in the Delta.

I'm in Oakland, so a guide in closer proximity to the Bay Area, rather than Sacramento, would be preferred.

I've also heard good reports from people that have gone out with Jerry Neuburger out of Lodi. Although I haven't been out with him personally, a trip with him for hubby and me is out there on the horizon!

There are a handful of excellent guides on the Delta, I would say in the top 5 you will find Dan Blanton and Kevin Doran. They have unique styles and approaches to the game. Dan has been guiding out there for decades and knows the fishery well, Kevin grew up in the area and can run the Delta blind-folded, plus he is the top-water king. I will be going out with Dan Blanton the first week of December and am looking forward to it.
