    Default Hope springs eternal...

Put a Rio Skagit 350 and 15' of T-8 on my Meiser 12'6" 4/5/6 with a copper john with partridge feather tail and my first cast at Watt Ave yielded a spunky little chrome bright hatchery hen at 4:00 PM today.
After two days at the Fly Fishing Show in Pleasanton, I really needed to just get out there and fish.
Thought this post might offer encouragement to those who believe the American is devoid of fish this year.
    Ya gotta believe...

    Thanks, Aaron,

I'll talk to you pretty soon about what Way Yin and Bruce Rickards (the designer) had to say about the dragon tail...

Sorry you couldn't be out there today...

    Don
