This rod will work anywhere on the Pacific Coast where Kings are found and also for other large salmon species. I bought this and the companion 9 wt last year and fished the 9 wt already this season for a week and it is really nice.

The 10 wt should be the same but I don't have a need for two large fish Spey rods so want to move this out to someone who will fish it. For someone who wants to try their hand at King fishing, this is a bargain compared to any other option.
