This is perfect for powering a float tube or pontoon, canoe or smaller pram. 36" shaft and light weight, easy on the battery too, will last all day on a full charge. Has a tilt handle which I don't think Minn Kota offers any more, VERY nice feature. 5 speeds forward, 3 in reverse, flexible shaft. Works perfect. There's a small crack (see photos) on the head, just saw it, don't know how long it's been there but does not affect performance or allow moisture inside the head. I bought this new probably 20 years ago, very little use. This one is all U.S. made--the old bomb-proof way Minn Kota used to build them.
