Thanks for the link. It helped me get started. I now have a technique that works (with a lot of patience required): Toothbrush the Egg Veil material until it is flat, intertwined and softly aligned rather straight and not stringy. After tying it on the hook, slowly pull it over the entire egg with four fingers, gently, slowly working to veil the entire egg volume. The material stays in place with remarkable ease, and is thus not difficult to tie off.
Now off to the stream to see if it works!
after sliding the bead on the hook i use a bobbin threader to pull the veil through the bead. then pull everything over the bead and tye off.
