I have been selling fishing tackle within a few miles of the Lower American River for 47 years so if I say that February has been good in the past, I mean on average, for over 40 years.

Her is a photo of a real "studely" fresh Steelhead that Mark Kranhold sent me that was caught on conventional tackle a few days ago, maybe Sunday, 1/29/2012.
