They rock. They're fun to call in. Had one land right on my arrow in the tree stand once while hunting.

Yes..yes, it may very well be

Its funny, as Ive done research, theres sure some sensitive birders out there. A lot of bird watchers frown on photographers because we desire to get very close to birds. And this can stress them out (hmmm sounds a lot like another sport/hobby we all partake in. lol) A lot of those folks are against calling in birds with recorded bird calls. but those same people "chum" them in with feeders.... In some people's minds, everything somebody else does stresses something. In truth though, I think it's those folks who are the "stressed" ones and let 'em be so!

I took my Ipod out to the woods today to test drive this bird call thing. Well, it definitly feels like cheating! The chickadees swarmed like flies. I commenced to call in every bird I suspected to be in this area with the exception of a pileated woodpecker. I was shocked with how quickly the birds responded to recordings of their specific calls.

They all showed up in less than 30 seconds of playing their calls. I wasnt happy with any of the photos I got aside from the chickadees.

    so heres the chickadee show

PS If this is wrong, I dont wanna be right
