I found one on the A today!
The Good Lord brought me and this gorgeous gal together today. Nice fight, tumbling and jumping, two rippin' runs from my feet back to the middle of the river. Not overly large but bright and solid! We exchanged pleasantries and she was qucikly returned back home...

Local guide Keith Kaneko got 3 adult Steelhead and some nice Halfpounders today for his clients on the Lower American River.
He and Terry Thomas are headed out again in the AM.

Beautiful fish Ron! I live less than 2 miles from the American but it has always been a tough river for me to catch steelhead out of. Two short trips out there so far this year with no strikes or fish. Still nice to get out though.
