Yuba 12/06

Fished the Yuba today after reading a report. Nice BWO hatch came off around 1:00 but only a couple fish rising in the area I was fishing. Did manage to get one. Was quite impressed with the proportions of the fish considering the fish I got there during the summer. All 3 of them



Also found a back pack along the bank. thought it might be from a fisherman I met earlier and picked it up and brought it back to the car. Nobody around to claim it so I brought it home. It had a airline tag that was only half there with the name Shorett on it. Couldn't make out anything else. If you know someone by this name or it is your backpack send me a PM or post a reply.

I think those BWO hatches get really heavy on overcast days in the winter as long as it is not at flood stage.
