Here's a Bald eagle about to pounce on a trout..

I had the hardest time getting close to the eagles for a close shot, they would allways fly on "the other side" of the lake when I was there. But one day I brought the flyrod, caught a couple of trout, and as the eagles showed up I threw one trout out into the water. He(She?) flew over a couple of times, but didn't take the fish, I guess my presence spooked her. But I did get a couple of better shots as a result.

That third shot of the bald eagle in flight is awesome. What lens were you shooting with? I would love to get a telephoto for shots like that.

I'm using a Nikor 55-200mm Lens (Kit lens) for my Nikon D50.
