Weekend Delta Outlook?

Hoping to hit Frank's on Sunday... but there's this weather issue. Recent NWS reports indicate significant rain (1/2 inch) developing through Saturday, with clearing Saturday evening and Sunday. So I'm wondering what to expect given the impacts to water clarity, water temperature, barometric change, etc. Just trying to figure out whether Sunday becomes a sleep-in day or whether there could be any good to come of this weather system... as that song from "The Clash" begins to enter my mind.... Any feedback or experiences to share would be appreciated!

I doubt that rain will blow the Delta out, as it will take a while for the runoff to hit Franks. I would hit it like you mean it. If it sucks, you can always go home, but you won't know if you don't go.
