Feather today

Got an early start today in the wildlife area. Managed a number of "feather river goldens"- even had a good one convince me he was a steelhead after tail-walking across the river...DOH. Oh well, they put a bend in the rod and get the heart going a little. Around 9:00AM I finally but the hook to two metalheads and LDR'd both- one was a very big fish. The usual egg/bh dropper combo. Lots of salmon doing their thing. Overall slow fishing.
