    Default The Next Bug Fest???????????

Hey Bill,How about the next Bug Fest?
Why do I paddle a kayak instead of a float tube or a pontoon boat. I like seeing where I'm going not where I've been.

I think we just need to set a date (soon before it gets cold) on a Saturday or Sunday, a place and some can go and some can't.

It won't be over 100 degrees this time.

I'm going to the Klamath for the week of the 23rd of Sept so I can probably make a Saturday or Sunday in early October.

We already know where Lundberg landing is located.

    Lots of other choices though.

Ok, for whatever it's worth, I vote for October 8 (Sunday), October 14 (Saturday), or October 15 (Sunday).

Hopefully everyone's checking their schedules??? Hard to beat a bugfest in the Delta for LMBs in early October. Good chance at a striper as well. The forebay should also be excellent at this time, although I worry a little about the wind that could come up. . . .

Grand time to target top-water stripes during low-light.

I'm for Oct 14th, I'll be guiding the day before.
