Any news about the Truckee and/or Little Truckee?

I was thinking about going up to the Truckee and/or the Little Truckee this weekend and I was wondering if anyone knows how they are fishing right now. Are the flows still fluctuating? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday I talked to one of the shops in the area, the name is escaping me at the moment. An employee told me that the Little Truckee is high and off color but you can still pick up some fish nymphing. He also told me that the Truckee running through town looked good, good flow and clear. He recommended caddis patterns like the E/C caddis.
