Any fishing this time of year behind your house?

We have some smaller Steelhead (12" to 16") that hang around eating caddis in the PM on the lower American River almost year round now.

Bill: There are a few spring salmon but virtually impossible to take on a fly rod. Summer steelheading starts for me about 1 Sep. Off to the North Island of New Zealand on the 18th of June for night fishing for BIG rainbows.
