Resort/fishing vacation for BOTH my wife and I

My wife is disabled and in a wheelchair and likes gardens and nice resort type settings. I am looking for a place to fly fish. She can not get around on her own so I can only fish early mornings (and an occasional late afternoon). Late May or early June would be a good time. I would prefer warm water fishing (smallmouth on the Umpqua in Oregon sounds wonderful) but trout is OK as a second choice. It needs to be on the west coast as she has difficulty with long flights. Long drives (over 3 hours) are also out. Any ideas?
