I clicked on the "Closeout" banner above, and it basically indicates you will get 50% off instead of 30% if you get a non-sale reel and line. That's my interpretation anyway, since it gives a rod price of $172.50 in parentheses as compared to the suggested retail of $345.

It is a great deal. I scooped up the Sage VPS #10 alongside a new Ross CLA 6 reel w/ running line/shooting heads for Mexico yesterday at Kiene's. There are still a few great rods left for an absolutley amazing deal. Also, check the CLA reels, I was blown away at the quality for the price... Thanks again Bill!
