    Default Orvis TLS Power Matrix rods

    Anyone had experience with the Orvis TLS Power Matrix rods? I guess they are not all that new, but I just got one in the mail in exchange for my old Trident TLS rod that I had sent in for repair. Wondered how different the two rods are.

    I have an Orvis Power Matrix 10. It is caled a PM10, older good looking green rod. 9 foot 5 weight. Don't knw what it is about that rod, but I can cast further with it than most of my other rods, and I have other big name rods. I really like it, very nice Birds eye maple reel seat too. It is the rod of choice when I am pond fishin from the bank.
    Thumbs up from me, can't help you with the Trident though
