SA has developed a new super fast sinking fly line which is their intermediate running line married to a 33' length of T14.

You can cut the T14 off to fit most rods from 8-10 weights @ $39.95.

Sounds like 28' is just right for most 8 weight rods.

We had a dozen in a few weeks ago but I guess they under estimated the demand.

We are told they will have another big run of them ready for the end of December.

Isn't T-14 a RIO Line Co. trademark ?????

Or , perhaps , the nature of business ....take a good ideas , and run with it .

Not unusual for companies to partner or one to license another to use a trademark in developing a new product or line..... IBM made a very lucrative business out of this practice (or variations of same) for as long as I can recall....

Otherwise, I'm sure a lawsuit would soon follow....

I believe that SA has their own product that is similar to "T 14" but probably is labeled something else.
