Middle Klamath this weekend

well, I have the spey twitch and this is my last free weekend for awhile so guess I will head over to the middle Klamath above the Trinity to play - have not been over there in a number of years - should at least get away from the circus going on on the Trinity!

Got the Anderson 1204 rigged with teh new 10/11/12 Windcutter body for tips.

Just talked to Bruce and he may come up to fish on Sat with me - now all I have to do is make sure he does not fish in front of me!! That hole hopping, fish grabbing bas....!!

Well slow fishing - managed a few half pounders but the river was in beautiful shape and very few folks fsihing so was nice to get out - very nice weekend weather - cold in the AM.

Bruce showed up Sunday morning a nd we fished for a couple of hours before I had to head home.

I was again very impressed with the Anderson 1204. First time with my WC skagit. I was throwing a 15 foot type 8 tip with a size 4 cone head and a number 8 bead head moss back as a trailer fly and it handled it well!
