    Default Rogue Sunset & Report

    Tuesday night hooked & lost a fish of unknown size behind the house. Wednesday morning went wade fishing about 20 miles below Grants Pass and hooked four & landed two half pounders of 15-16". One of the fish I lost was a large adult steelhead. This morning went wade fishing above Grants Pass and hooked and lost two steelhead, landed a half pounder of about 14", broke off two fair hooked salmon and lost either a very big steelhead or a silver salmon as I saw the pinkish hue while fighting it.

    Took this picture behind my house last night just after sunset.

    Stephen: Fishing is pretty good throughout the Rogue now. Yesterday when I hooked 4 and landed 2 was a little downstream from Indian Mary Campground.
