Default More big Steelhead are in the lower American now.

Here is an email I just received from an old friend Mike Lightfoot.

"Sat. 9/10 hooked a monster steely (approx. 7-8 lbs) from the American on floating line, 5 weight rod, swinging a size 8 silver hilton tied by world renouned steelhead fishing legend Mike Murphy. Grabbed toward the end of the swing in shallower water and all hell broke lose as it skitered furiously on top shaking it's head as it kept breaking the surface. The fish of a lifetime was lost after 1.5 seconds due to thinking I should set the hook. Ding dong here pulled it right out of it's mouth, pissing & moaning thereafter."
