Default Bear River by Colfax off Hwy 80.

Heard it was fishing well for small trout below the dam.

    David's the 'Mayor'.

    So, who's the Creek Devil?
Steelhead gear = $6287, no of adults caught = 3, amortized cost = $2,095.67, beaching that 30" fish and letting it go = priceless

Bigfoot , the Mayor , Creek-Devil , thorn in the ass of my in-laws .....

    What's the difference ?

The many sections of the Bear river are underfished -

Carp , Channel Cats , Largemouth , Smallmouth , Spotted Bass , Black Crappie , Bluegills , Rainbows , Steelhead , Browns , Greens , Kings ... you name it , it's likely in the Bear somewhere .

Go above (east ...) of Drum Forebay for untouched Rainbows and Browns - nice fishes that always seem to be looking up ;.

Just keep your lips zipped - we don't want anyone talking about this stuff on a public forum , I might actually see another fisherman out there some day .... :P
