    JPY -

Looking at the RIPE (no double-edged meaning ..... really ) old age of 40 rolling around in a few short weeks ...All I can say is this - I am less-likely to "light-off" mushroom clouds now , than I am to drop a constant , 'happy-kitty' sort of PURRRRRING .

    I can't believe I just wrote that

Kind of like a five-year-old w/ a straw in the 'tub .... or a HUGE Duck w/ the head underwater .

Somewhere , right now , in Sacramento , or Davis ..... Bill Kiene is thinkin' .....

" What the hell is WRONG w/ that guy" ?!?

    :P

That's the beauty of wading. No one know what's going on down there. You get to be a gentlemen, all proper and refine

    Default AHHHHH Warmth....

I, for one, wouldn't be aware of any such uncouth behaviour being the fine upstanding senior citizen that I am.....

However, I do recall keeping myself warm while in waders at Pyramid
Lake during very c-c-c-cold fishing trips.... It's OK up there as Native American (Paiute) Shaman have long known that relieving oneself of gas at the appropriate point in time was powerfull medicine..... (and fuel).

Geez, this just isn't getting any better. (Note to self: when fishing with David, JPY, and Darian, stay upstream and upwind. . . . )

    My turn....................

I use to work over near there at West Capitol Rod & Gun which was a bait-n-tackle shop. We use to go over and fish off the bank in Lake Washington before all the building over there.

That is called the Truning Basin at the Port of Sacramento.

They use to open the locks and boats could go through into the Sacramento River years ago.

I have friends who fly fish for stripers there in the winter.
