    Default Alaska Grayling

I'm heading out to Alaska here in August and one species on the list is Graying. I figured I'd throw the question out to see if anyone has gone out for grayling and what their experiences/words of wisdom were.
Any different tips/tactics as opposed to trout?
    Thanks,
    Paul

I hate to be a downer, but, I too was very excited about catching grayling and it was very cool to do until they got it the way of catching the rainbows. Basically eat anything a rainbow would eat but don't fight as hard and kind of smelly . They are pretty fish though, I don't think you'll have any problem catching them they hang out in the same type water as the rainbows. Take a 4 wt. that with dry's.
