    Default Davis lake question

    Does anyone know if Davis lake requires a life jacket when float tubing?

    Yes Davis requires a life jacket. Customers of Bill's had some run ins with the Sherrif cruising around the lake in a boat ticketing people.

    From what I've heard you cannot be further than 50' from the bank without a life vest on Davis Lake.

    Not worth the inconvenience and expense of a ticket to tube without a life vest or some type of personal floatation device like a S.O.S. suspender system.
