Default Pic and Recipe to Hackle Stacker

Here's some info on it from my website.

Harry Mason has an excellent tutorial on it which is also hyperlinked from my page. It's a typical mayfly emerger pattern. No reason that it should not work any better or worse than other comparable emerger patterns.

    Default Thanks

    Steve,
Thanks for the sites and the input. Very helpful. If Quigley uses it, or inventend it, or breathed on it, it has to be effective.

http://www.troutflies.com/ There is a very good tying tutorial at this site. The fly is a very good emerger or dry pattern. I think it was developed on the waters of Hat Creek and Fall River in Northetn Callifornina. It is a great pattern for picky fish.
Fishing is always good, the catching may not be.
