Shad options? Upper Feather? Sac?

It looks like flows are scheduled to hit 12k on the American by the end of the day, and presumably will stay there until the upper rivers subside, so I'm wondering what the options are for Shad. The Yuba is still high, so I'm thinking above Marysville on the Feather may be an option or the Sac (Road 48?). Just looking for reports or feedback on options, since I've only fished the American. I have a trip planned for later in the week, and was hoping to wade or pontoon drift somewhere. Do tell!!

I have heard of locals in Chico catching some shad on the Sacramento here in town, road 48 and washout.

It is starting to fish better but not great.
