Posting pictures?

I wanted to know if anyone could give me directions on posting photos on the board. I opened a photobucket account but do not know what to do from there. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks.

First, in PhotoBucket go to where it says "Add pictures from" and then hit the browse button to find where you have stored the picture in your own hard drive. Then click on submit. Now your picture should show in the PhotoBucket Album. Then go to eidt function and click on copy on the URL just below the picture.

Then open the Kiene's site and click the "Img" and in that space then click paste from the edit menu. Your picture should show. Always run a preview so the whole world doesn't see a blank

Since we are on the subject of pics, how does one create their own avitar image?

To create your avatar image, go to your profile on this board and scroll down to the very bottom. There, you will see the directions, which basically require that you take a photo and re-size it using the photo editing software on your computer. Basically, you have to reduce the size of the photo to no greater than 80 by 80 pixels and no greater than 20 KB file size. Once the photo is ready, use the functionality at the bottom of your profile to load it onto the bulletin board. If you're successful, the avatar will show up at the bottom of your profile screen and it will show up on the left side of every post you've made on this board. Holler back if you have problems.

Jason, I use an easy way to post pics from photobucket(PB).

First you have to open up two internet browsers, one for Kiene's board, the other for PB

On PB download the picture you want to post onto this board, click and higlight the conents of the box labeled Img under the picture in PB.

Then right click on the highlighted text and copy it.

Now paste that address onto your board post which is started on the other internet browser.

After you post the link you should click on preview at the bottom of your post to make sure that the link worked.

This process is easier than opening an image link and closing that link through the kiene's board.

Thanks for all the help guys. As soon as i get some free time tomarrow i will pose some cool pictures that i have taken with my pentax camera.
