Default New shooting head systems from Rio and Airflow

Rio has just their released new "RioMax" 30' shooting heads that are density compensated which means the tip does sink as fast as the belly and they have welded loops on both ends now. They come in size 6 through 12 line sizes.

Airflow has their new "Tactical" 28' shooting heads that have nice welded loops on both ends and come in size 8 to 12 line sizes for now. We have recently informed them that we need them in #7 and smaller ASAP.

Both companies have now designated their new shooting heads so they will 'fit/load up' rods without going up a line size or two.

They both come in floating, clear slow sinking and several faster sinking models.

Both companies have fantastic new 'running/shooting' lines with loops on the end.

Come in and have the staff show you these new products that now with welded loops will make a very versatile shooting head system especially for Stripers and Shad.

These new the new running lines and shooting heads are making shooting head systems much more simple and easier to opperate than ever before.

The 28' length of the Airflo heads makes rolling the head out of the water easier than the old standard 30' heads. The shorter length also limits the length of line needed to false cast which reduces fatigue and increases the time your flies spend in the water where there you may hook more fish.

These new slick looped running lines by Rio and Airflo are great. They shoot and slide like butta through the guides of the rod. The new running/shooting lines also less liekly to tangle than older lines. The factory loops are smooth, strong and they take away the work of building your own loops.

If you are need of a new running line talk to one of the guys at the shop about these exciting new choices.
