    Default Friday's American Report

Fished the "A" today starting around 10:00. On the way to the park I ran across a couple of Rooster Pheasants. They looked lik thay wre having a Cock Fight. Circling each other , jumping straight up and down and really going at it. My truck didn't hardly spook them, but by the time I got the camera out they were trotting into the field. Then I can across this guy,

He was just cruising along the road asking me to get a photo. Since I had the camera out I obliged! Oh yea the fishing report. Lots of bugs starting up when I got there. Not many fish rising in the area I have been fishing, maybe a 1/2 a dozen rises is all, I blame it on the increased flows. Excuses, Excuses! Did manage 2 small fish around 14", one on a Fox Poopah as you can tell and the other on a Caddis Dry. Nice day on the water, lots of wildlife, deer, turkeys flying across the river, and lots of Caddis. Here's the Poopah fish, the other looked like it's twin. Slipery little devils

Hey Mike N. man you better shake that bug. Sounds like you've been kinda down for a while now. The fish don't have to worry about me until they lower the fllows.

Get well so we can do some lunches
