    Default American Report 4-13

My dad and i fished the American this evening for a couple of hours with no luck. Saw a few fish rise to some caddis but the hacth was very sporadic. Flows were bumped up and i was unable to wade out to one of my favorite spots due to the high and fast water. I think once the flows stabalize a bit more and we get some warm weather the caddis will take flight and the half pounders should become more active.

    Thanks for the update Jason.

When ever the flow goes up, it usually puts off the bugs and the fish.
