Default Friday night and Saturday Yuba report.

Cody and I fished the Yuba friday night and saturday morning.

The water had only 12'' to 14'' visibility.

Samon fly stones were out .

March browns, caddis ,PMD,Skwallas and Little Yellow Sally's were everywhere.

But no fish rising to anything.

We tried Geen Zonkers with sinktip line ,with floating lines.

I tried every streamer I had with not a hit.

We tried to match every bug we say with no luck.

But we had a great time.

    The weather was great .

I had one of my best friends with me.

We made a fire and spent the night in the back of my truck.

The hills and fields are full of wild flowers.

Its was nice to spend the night and sleep with the sound of the river and crickets.

No fish to be had but a Great time!!

    Take care

Rob, as always, great report and pictures! Does sound like you had a great time, fish willing or not. Striking red color on that bug, by the way. Makes me wonder if a Stimulator fly pattern tied with a red head might do the trick. . . .

    Rob, nice pics.

Too bad about the no fish, but there's more to fishing than catching fish.
