    Default NRS Boundary 100 Raft

Anybody have any experience with this boat? It's about the same price range as a Watermaster with some similarities and some fundamental differences (rigid mini-frame, high quality oars, rockered hull). I'm seriously considering this, but wish I could test drive one before I plunk down $2K.

I cannot help you with that specific raft but I will tell you that for 30+ years I was a member of a very active rafting co-op and we hade several NRS boats (I think four out of eight, or thereabouts) and they were always the first ones everyone wanted to use. Tough and reliable. I often used the 14' boat as a paddle raft, all paddlers, no oars. Loved it. Good luck in your search.

Thanks for the feedback. NRS makes some high quality craft, but I feel like they are still trying to figure out their solo fishing options. They made the GigBob for a while, which was a small pontoon kind of thing, then they made the kuda and pike, two version of a sit-on-top kayak, now they have the Boundary 100 and the oxbow 85.

I had a kuda and it was a really nice inflatable...unfortunately, it has taken me several tries to realize I don't like to fish from a kayak, so I sold it.

I don't really need another boat, but I'm intrigued by all the new things out there. The Flycraft Ninja is another one I'm looking at.
