Default Yuba Hallwood access being used; no tickets observed yesterday

Went exploring late yesterday, saw some new No Parking signs mainly in the last 100-200 feet of end of Hallwood Road, and a set of four vehicles beyond them, none with tickets, so maybe the sheriff is easing up? Anyhow, the flows are wadeable, and clarity good; didn't see any fish, or rods bending. Maybe one jet-ski was all the traffic.

Clarity is good? It's been gin clear. There are plenty of fish in the river. If you can find them holding, they are fair game. Fished it mid-May before heading to Isla Blanca for a week of tarpon and snook in the mangroves, and again earlier this week for a couple of days. An Osprey showed us early morning that shad were in the river, and not much in the way of boat traffic or jet skis (2). The jet skiers were pretty courteous by turning off their motors and drifting downstream past us.
