Small Creek Question - Upper Sac

In my ongoing pursuit of yet another small creek to fish my eyes have fallen on Soda Creek, near Castella, and I am wondering if there is any information any of you might share here...or in private.
I am headed to McCloud for a efw days and would like to try that section of the Upper Sac but Soda Creek just caught my eye.
Easy access? I see roads on both sides of the river, is one better than the other? How far above the Sac can one fish, logically/legally?

Thanks Ross, I had already checked the regs and there does not seems to be any special restrictions for Soda Creek....unless I am missing something You know about...?
Just a tributary of the Sac.

...and that, Ross, is exactly what I will be doing later this week.
Some of more memorable moments in this 60 year venture of fly fishing have come from the exploring and not the catching. Like everyone else I am not sure how many more explorations I will have but for now I have at least this one.
