Big Shout out to Outcast customer service

A few weeks ago I found a "too good to pass up" deal on Facebook marketplace. An Outcast 4 float tube, barely used for $50. I meet the seller in at the local library and I can tell he knows he made a mistake posting it at that price. "I got 30 offers in the 15 minutes after I accepted yours', I think I lowballed it a bit" Nevertheless he accepted $50 and I got a nearly new float tube. I took it home, inflated it, and stupidly started fidgeting with the bladder zipper and it separated. I tried putting it back together but it was busted.

I call Outcast, tell them I don't have the papers, but its pretty new. They tell me not to worry just send it in and they'll fix it. Shipping and repairs just $65.

Still a great deal for a tube that retails for $400!
