This is a link if it is allowed here for a petition against re-opening the sailor bar roads, to autos.
I do remember when it was a open area, but also remember the damage, trash left, dust.
I walk this area often and really like the area with no cars!
We all know very well about the vehicle break-ins as it is now. The problems with the “camping” also.
There is plenty of parking in the area.

For those of us who must drive to the area, where do we launch a drift boat? I have not been there since springtime, but banning autos appears to shut off an important boat launch. Perhaps you can clarify.

As somebody who is not from the area, I have no idea what roads you want closed so it is difficult to support a petition when there is no information. That's why I asked you to clarify. The petition link was not clear when I took a quick look at it. Maybe it is clear to people who live close by.
