Leo and Marie have been dear friends of ours for around 50 years.

He taught many of us how to fly fish with his balsa wood poppers from a float tube in farm ponds.

Later Leo and I would travel together looking for new destinations for saltwater fly fishing.


Leo and other fly anglers around Stockton, California started the Delta Fly Fishers in 1976.
