    Default Shad Smokers?

    I'm in the Bay Area. East Bay to be specific. Back in the day, there used to smokers in Berkeley and Hayward but no more. Does anyone advise any smokers around here or towards the Sac Valley if nec?

    brine for 24 hours and a couple hours on the Traeger will do it.
