    Default Yuba flows questions

Was planning on floating the Yuba from the 20 down on an inflatable kayak. I've done the float before, but was just looking at flows and had a few concerns. I've never fished it at the level it's at right now (2400 cfs). For those more familiar with the river, should it still fish well/be clear enough, and is it still safe to use an inflatable kayak at this level? Thanks in advance.

Deer Creek is still pretty high. It dumps muddy water in above where we fish when it rains hard.

As far as what's a safe flow that's for you to determine. I like drifting it at 2400cfs.

Just below the bridge a big rock forms a pretty nasty hole that you need to contend with one way or another
