Green is Good

I like green. I like it a lot. Green is good.

In this part of the world it is about as green as it gets right now. Most of the year it is not green so I like to appreciate it while it is here. There are also some greenish fish biting. I got a few yesterday but the bite was not strong so I decided to take a long walk today and check out the green. Not a great bite now but there is a bite and there are good fish to be had. The best part of the bass season is right around the corner.

John, you are inspiring a lot of us to get out somewhere in the wilds.

March in Nor Cal is almost always the transitional month, from winter to spring.

April/May the bass should be wide open.
