Leo and Marie, now retired, still live in Stockton, CA.

He is always busy doing something interesting like making poppers, cooking Dim Sum, or doing stain glass.

In 1976 Leo and friends started the Delta Fly Fishers in Stockton.

Back then Leo was making his nice bass poppers and always had a bass-filled farm pond or two.

The most memorable pond was called the "Olive Orchard".

Back then, in the 1970s, we all used round "donut" float tubes with fins.

Many of us learned the bass pond popper method from Leo.
