That's my old friend Blake Merwin. He used to live in Sacramento back in the 90's and early 2000's. We used to fish the American for hp's and winter fish, and hike the Sierra's all the time. He bailed up to WA and established the Gig Harbor Fly Shop, I believe around 2006 or so. Great guy. Good to see him doing so well.
