Upper Sac looking for a Casey Logan

It’s been sometime that I have posted
Fished last weekend on the upper sac hella epic October caddis fishing, maybe ran into 3 others fishing the whole time.

Buddy I was with found some bunch of stuff with a fishing license in it.
Looking for a Casey Logan of Ashland OR.
