Anyone have information about the North Fork of the Yuba these days?
I am assuming it is fishable now.
It has been a bit too long since my last visit there.
Thanks.

The North Fork of the Yuba River starts later than most trout streams.
It is usually fishing well around the 4th of July. (on a normal year)

Up there yesterday. Plenty of water, but not too much. No major fall hatches yet. As the leaves start turning yellow and transpiration drops expect levels to rise as water goes into the river rather into the vegetation.
Flow is about double the seasonal median. Which is great news it should be fishing very well. I’ve not been up there in several years sadly. Used to be one of my favorites but I’ve since gotten distracted by the intermountain west.
