    Default Boot Foot Waders

    Greetings,
I am hoping for a recommendation on a new pair of boot foot waders (tread or felt). These are almost strictly for Surf Fishing. I have just wore out my Orvis pair and am looking to replace.
I don't care for boot fit but i find that the surf ruins my stocking foot waders and boots.
My main issue is the boot fit. I don't care for how sloppy they are and am looking or a more fitted boot.
As is I typically add insoles and extra padding to take up vertical space in the boot and wear a sock liner with sock to diminish the inevitable heel lift and blisters.
    Any one have a recommendations?
Any difference in boot fit with price point (inter brand models)?
Why haven't they added the BOA system to boot foot waders?

    Thanks,

    J. Ice

The BOA system is tragic when it gets sand in it....usually the wire has to be cut to get them off. I like idea of kicking your boots off easy if you find yourself having to swim which is darn near impossible with boot foot waders. So ask yourself...do yah feel lucky today?

Good point regarding the sand and the BOA.
I just want boots that fit decently.

Take a look at LL Bean's boot foot waders. I've used Orvis and LL Bean's for years. The boot seem to fit my foot shape pretty well. Of course it could be different for you.

I've seen Frogg Toggs also but never tried them.

    Good luck.
